and well the problem is, we donot know a word called "discipline", you're on the road you'll see be-hungum traffic, you're at a counter, you'll never see a line, you're in a lake, you'll see kachra everywhere.
the trash gets less as you travel towards Babusar Pass, after that its pretty clean. actually I felt Gilgit and Skardu are much cleaner than Lahore. I guess living in harder conditions make you more disciplined.
its a cruel thing to say cause lots of people died in floods but I guess nature doesn't care about the people here either
